Learn to Weave on a Rigid Heddle Loom
You will create either a scarf or a table runner (your choice & color choices available).
This is a 2-part class.
Tuesday April 25 from 6:00-8:30pm
Tuesday, May 2nd from 6:00-8:30 pm
We provide supplies and a loom for you to use during class time and to take home the week between the classes.
Learn to plan your project, tie a direct warp and weave on a rigid heddle loom.
Expert instruction by Naomi Binsfeld (fiber artist and weaver for over 35 years). All equipment/supplies provided.
Class is held at Bella's Flock store and studio.
You will be able to take the loom home for the week in between the classes and will do some weaving at home before the next class.
$100 for the class. $25 for supplies.
(Supply fees paid the first day of class)

Your Instructor: Naomi Binsfeld
Naomi has been a weaver for 38 years. She has taught at the Weavers Guild of Minnesota, the annual MFWGFA retreat, Underbrush Learning Cooperative, GRRL sponsored classes across the state, several Homeschool Co-ops, and private classes. Her work has been displayed at Cornell College, the Minnesota State Fair, Wright County Fair, Maple Grove Art Center, and the Delano Library. She is a past president of the Weavers Guild of Minnesota and the Wright Fibre Artists Guild of Buffalo Minnesota.
Naomi currently has a studio in Maple Plain Minnesota where she weaves and teaches weaving and other fiber arts
