Your Instructor: Connie LaTendresse

This class is taught by Connie LaTendresse. Connie's love of fiber as a craft began when her favorite aunt, Margie, sat on the bed and showed her how to knit when she was in 3rd grade. From there Connie journeyed into a variety of needle arts and sewing. In 2012 she too her first rigid heddle class and with the first throw of the shuttle she knew she was hooked. She now teaches beginning rigid heddle, pick-up patterns, advanced rigid heddle techniques both in-person and online at the Weavers Guild of Minnesota. Teaching rigid heddle weaving is her passion and she enjoys challenging herself with new techniques and yarns.
