Order Processing
When we receive your order, you will get a confirmation email with your order details. Please take a moment to double-check the shipping address in that email — credit cards, Shop Pay, and PayPal often have different addresses saved automatically, and we want to make sure your kit gets to you!
We typically process and ship orders within 1–3 business days of receiving them. Our studio is in Minnesota and all orders ship from here.
During peak seasons (holidays, craft fairs, new kit launches) processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you by email if there is any unexpected delay with your order.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package.
Shipping
Flat Rate Shipping — $7.95
We offer a flat rate of $7.95 on all orders, regardless of order size. Flat rate shipping uses USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground. Both services have a stated delivery time of 5-7 business days, though delivery is often quicker depending on the time of year and distance from Minnesota.
Priority / Expedited Shipping
If you need your order faster, or if you live in Hawaii or Alaska (where Ground shipping can take longer), please select the Standard Rate (Priority) option at checkout. Priority Mail typically delivers in 3–5 business days.
We Ship to US Addresses Only
At this time we ship to US addresses only, including Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories. We do not offer international shipping.
Carrier
We ship via USPS or UPS. You will receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you return an item, the original shipping fee will not be included in your refund.
Returns
Return Window
We accept returns up to 30 days after the delivery date.
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused and unstarted

In their original packaging

In new, resalable condition
Items that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition cannot be accepted for return. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please email us before sending it back.
How to Submit a Return
No return authorization is required — just mail the package to us at the address below. We recommend shipping with a tracking number, as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels for standard returns (see Damaged or Defective Items below for an exception).
Refund Processing
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and email you to confirm receipt. If the items are in acceptable condition, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund total.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange an eligible item for a different product. To request an exchange:

Email us at ana@bellasflock.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the item you would like to exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be: Unused and unstarted. In their original packaging. In new, resalable condition

Ship the original item back to us at the return address above (return shipping is at your cost)

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship your exchange item
If the exchange item has a different price, we will either charge or refund the difference. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us as soon as possible — ideally within 7 days of delivery — so we can make it right quickly.

Once we review your email, we will send you a prepaid return label so you can return the item at no cost to you, and we will ship a replacement as soon as possible. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund including original shipping.
Please do not discard damaged packaging or items before contacting us — we may need them for a carrier claim.
Third-Party Brand Kits
In addition to our own original Bella's Flock kits, we carry kits from other fiber art brands. Our standard 30-day return policy applies equally to third-party brand kits, provided items are unused and in original condition.
If a third-party kit has a manufacturer defect, we will work with you on a resolution. In some cases we may direct you to the manufacturer for warranty support, but we will always assist you through the process.
