Shipping and Returns

ORDER PROCESSING:
When we receive your order, you will receive an email confirming the details and also asking you to double check the mailing address. Sometimes credit cards used, or SHOP and PayPal, have different addresses automatically associated with them. Please take a second to double check that we have the correct mailing address.

We typically ship within 1-3 business days of receiving your order. Our shop is in Buffalo, MN and we ship from here. We ship either USPS or UPS, whichever is the quickest.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING We have a flat rate shipping fee of $7.00 for all orders (except for a few larger items like spinning wheels, that have a shipping surcharge.)


Flat rate shipping uses USPS Ground Advantage or UPS ground rates. Delivery times for each of these services is stated as 5 business days, but is often quicker. This is dependent on the time of the year and how far the package is traveling. Also, shipping to Hawaii or Alaska can take up to 25 days using this rate. If you live in these states and would like quicker shipping, please select the Standard rate - which is Priority.


REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. You can mail the package back to us and we will refund the full order amount once we receive the returned package or the tracking number showing the package was shipped by you. We do not pay for return postage unless the item arrives damaged.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at ana@bellasflock.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will send you a pre-paid return label to return the item to us and send you a new item asap.
