By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not use our website to:

2. Products and Orders

Bella's Flock sells original needle felting kits designed and assembled by us, as well as kits from other brands that we resell. Product descriptions, images, and pricing are provided as accurately as possible, but we reserve the right to correct errors.

By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept payment methods available through Shopify Payments. Sales tax will be collected where required by law.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to addresses within the United States only. Estimated shipping times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy (available on our website) for complete details. In general, we accept returns of unopened, unused items within 30 days of delivery. Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return. Digital products and downloadable content are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on www.bellasflock.com, including but not limited to original kit designs, photographs, graphics, text, logos, and website design, is the property of Bella's Flock or our licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Products from third-party brands that we resell remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.

7. Third-Party Products and Brands

We resell products from third-party fiber art and needle felting brands. We make reasonable efforts to accurately represent these products, but we are not the manufacturer. Warranty claims for third-party products may need to be directed to the original manufacturer.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, except as required by applicable law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bella's Flock shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising out of or related to your use of our website or products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which our business is registered (Minnesota), without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of our website shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for intellectual property infringement or other equitable claims.

You agree to resolve any dispute on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
