The Schacht belt shuttle is designed for use with inkle or card weaving. One edge is beveled so you can use the shuttle for packing the weft. The groove down the center allows a lower profile, even when fully loaded with yarn. The shuttle is made of maple. It is 8" long, 1 1/4" wide, and 1/4" thick.
