You'll want the felting needles and mat from a Bella's Flock kit, and the wool that comes with this panel. Our carded wool is matched to the printed design; other wool and yarn won't felt the same way.
The technique is the same for every tile, so the tutorial that came with your kit applies. Lay the fiber on the printed design and felt it into place with the included felting needle, one color at a time.
