I buy these kits as gifts — I have not done one myself. The problem has been that the order takes much too long to arrive after I receive confirmation of it being shipped, and the box they arrive in is always in poor shape. The first order I placed took three weeks to arrive after being shipped, and the second order I placed took 15 days. The box on my second order was so crushed that the packaged kits inside were crushed also — not very appealing for a gift.
HI Rhonda - we shipped the first order the day we received it and the recent order the day after we received it. I am sorry that USPS took so long! It looks like your local post office held your package for over a week before delivering. I'm not sure why they would do this. Our average time from order to deliver is under 5 days for 98% of our customers. I am sorry that the post office isn't deliverying more quickly to you.
